My first year began with a high side at Mallory park on a wet track day. A trip to leicester hospital with a dislocated shoulder to start my racing career!

Pembrey test weekend.Saturday took the acu course.Sunday wobbled round ,very cold i am told this is normal here!Sleeping in a box trailer is not much fun.

Pembrey 19/20 March

 Baptisim of fire.No amount of track days can prepare you.  Did not come last but was lapped.Lap times came down over the weekend,I am addicted!

Darley moor 16/17 April

 Awful place had a terrible weekend nothing went right. Problems with gearchange.Went out on slicks as the heavens opened.

Silverstone 7 March

Tested on the friday. Race day hot and sunny better times.Did not come last!

Brands Hatch 11/12 June.

 Saturday went ok Sunday going better until i fell off at Clarke curve no major damage me or the bike ,But found it difficult to get up to speed again.

Pembrey 16/17 July

 Not a bad weekend no dramas. Seem to be finishing mid field.

Pembrey 3/4 September

Another ok weekend.Again finishing midfield need to let the brakes off!

Thruxton 1 October

 did not go well at all came last in one race cannot blame anyone but myself.

Mallory 30/ October

with New Era very showery day .Scored my first point .Met the late great Robert Dunlop.A good end to my first season.Much happier than at Thruxton.
