New Bike Aprilia RSVR now in sound of thunder class.

Pembrey testing 7/8 march .

The weather was awful.It never stopped raining.Leathers have shrunk over the winter! The caravan (a £300 ebay bargain ) was perfect much better than sleeping in an old van. Times poor but an ok weekend bike etc all ok.

Brands Hatch 21/22 March Round one

What can i say very poor performance , could not get it together lap times about 6 seconds off my best .Weather very good, cannot blame the bike .Roll on Snetterton.

Snetterton 16/17 May.

Much better weekend although the weather was very changable.Changed wheels about four times.Saturday spent learning the circuit and getting the gearing sorted.Sunday in damp conditions my first top ten on the new bike.The mille suits big open circuits.Very happy looking forward to cadwell.

Cadwell park 5/6/7 June.

Tested on the friday not a bad day times about 4 seconds off my previuos best.need to get fitter worn out at the end of the day.Saturday dry times coming down ,love the circuit.Sunday very wet managed to score some points even with the track resembling a river!

Thruxton 20.June

Only did sound of thunder due to lack of funds.Wet track for practice ,dry for race best result around here qualified 24th on grid finished 20th with my PB lap time on a 126bhp bike.

Mallory Park 30 August.

Short break due to lack of funds .This meeting run by New era very well organised.New team member Martin this weekend.Good racing went very well only .3 of a second off my PB 8th in sound of thunder and 18th in the open.

Mallory Park Boxing Day.

On the road at 4am very cold with my mate Martin must be mad.When we arrive lovely blue skies wet track with a warning on the tannoy about ice ! This could be fun.Had a couple of races with the track drying during the day bike went well not many sot bikes there .Cars were good to watch as well.
